The Evolve Group App provides a streamlined interface for managing your engagement with our services. It offers direct access to your candidate profile and allows for efficient management of shifts, alongside the following features:

• Review upcoming and completed bookings – View your current and past shifts
• Receive notifications for new booking opportunities and accept them – Accept shift assignments
• Edit and specify your availability to work – Update your availability status
• Access payslips (dependent on your employer utilizing Enrolpay Payroll) – View your payslips
• Review and update personal details held within your profile – View or edit personal information
• Contact your designated lead consultant – Access contact details of your assigned consultant

Geolocation Services

The app may request permission to access location data from your mobile device, either continuously or during app use, to facilitate the following services:

• Locating the venue where you are scheduled to work
• Identifying the appropriate entrance for access to the venue
• Assisting in route planning to reach the venue efficiently
• Recording arrival and departure times at the work site, allowing accurate tracking of hours worked for payroll purposes

Any location data collected will solely be used for these specified purposes and will not be shared with any third party other than your employer.

Mobile Device Permissions

To enhance functionality, the app may request access to certain features of your device:

• Calendar: To add reminders pertaining to accepted shifts and upcoming assignments.
• Camera: To photograph signed timesheets for processing payments, as well as scanning QR codes at work venues used for time and attendance tracking.

The information obtained through calendar or camera access will be used exclusively for the purposes described above and will not be shared with any third parties other than your employer.

Reminders and Notifications

The app will send notifications related to shift offers, confirmations, and attendance reminders.

Due to the sensitive nature of the information within the app, activation of access requires contact with your recruitment consultant. Once installed, please reach out to them to enable full functionality.
